Sheek is more than just a blog.

It is my passion project that combines my love of fashion, photography, design, & storytelling.

As a 5’4”, size XL, Inverted Triangle body shaped Black woman, I don’t see many that look like me model even the most responsibly made items. By donning the majority of clothes myself, I plan to fill that very apparent diversity gap in the fashion realm.

My hope is that by engaging in this site, people will be more interested in buying from ethical companies, be more conscious of their own purchasing habits, and enjoy supporting my dream to work in slow fashion.
